Gary married twice and had a son with his first wife, Sebastian. He then married Tabitha Carothers on August 13, 1994 in Reno, Nevada. They also had a son. He and Tabitha enjoyed the Bronco's football team along with the Colt. He and Tabitha relocated from California to McKinney, Texas, where he passed away.
He leaves his wife, Tabitha, and sons, and grandchildren and great grandchildren to mourn his passing.
