We have a date for Carolyn's service and Celebration od Life.   The service will be held on Wednesday October 6th, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lakewood Village Community Church, https://thelvcc.wordpress.com/ Followed by the Celebration of Life in the Garden Room at the church which will include a catered lunch.

PLEASE NOTE that this is a BEACH THEMED CELEBRATION. BEACH ATTIRE INCLUDING BRIGHT COLORS, HAWAIIAN SHIRTS, SHORTS AND FLIP FLOPS ARE ENCOURAGED. CAROLYN LOVED THE BEACH AND THE BRIGHT COLORS SO PLEASE ATTEND IN YOUR BEACH BEST.
After the service and celebration we will travel (non escorted) to Forest Lawn Cypress, 4471 Lincoln Avenue Fd 1051, Cypress, CA 90630, for her final resting place. Currently there is a small graveside service planned at 130 pm.

In lieu of flowers we have set up a restricted account at the Big Bear Zoo to assist with the care of Siren the Coyote pup that Carolyn helped save and get to the zoo. Instructions on how to donate will be sent soon. Thank you for your support and patience while we are getting things organized.          [9/25/21]

Spent the last 45 years getting older!!!  Married/Divorced, raised three wonderful daughters.  Worked as an Electronic Test Tech in Aerospace at TRW for 28 years.  Retired and am now studying Oil Painting and Taking Dog Agility classes with my Golden Retriever, Kahuna.     [5/16/12]

I was married and had 3 daughters.  After 8 years I divorced. Raised my 3 daughters by myself by working @ TRW as an Electronics tech for 28 years.  I enjoyed clogging with my daughters for many years.   I retired in 2009. I enjoy doing dog agility classes with my Golden Retreiver "Kahuna Matata", dog obedience training with my youngest daughter, Oil Painting Classes.  I also enjoy Photography and working on my home.  I love animals and have 2 dogs and 3 cats.  I have enjoyed reconnecting with old friends and making new friends.      [1/30/11]
