I recently got an email/ad from Classmates.com and decided to take a quick look at what they had for class of 64.  I noticed a listing for our classmate Tom Allen and clicked to get any info I could. I do not recall a connection with him since we graduated. There was a letter there from his wife indicating Tom had passed away last May in Yuma Arizona from Lou Gehrig Disease (ALS)
