Dennis was the son of Charles R. & Florence A. (Horros) Patriquin, born in Inglewood, California, who preceded him in death as did his younger sister is Denise Lee Patriquin Beichner, Class of 65.

He married Anita Ellen Neumiller on August 25, 1979 in Los Angeles. They resided in Vancouver, Washington.
